Its been a few days now since coming back from Valparaiso, IN. I worked a lot in the job assignment there, but a part of me felt quite inactive. I hadn't worked out for about 4 days now and I did sense the rhythm lacking this morning. Although, I garnered 103-points in my morning hoops solo session, I started feeling fatigued and out of steam when I reached 50+ points. But I continued pacing on every moment I was tiring out. I guess that's what happens when I don't lift weights/ exercise and constantly eating food as well as drinking soda (I was addicted to it this week). Its time to get things back where it ought to be and that's to continue being in shape and healthy.
