'Some' aren't satisfied where they live....

I've heard some insight coming from some people that reside (or have resided previously) in New York, Virginia, and Florida. They are not happy where they are living right now (for some of these individuals, a new state that they've moved to). Some of them say that they'd prefer to be living somewhere else in the U.S. It just comes to show that living in certain parts of the U.S. isn't as good as we have envisioned. Really, where is the best place in the U.S. that these people can go and lead a productive, healthy, satisfying lifestyle? Could it be the city for people living in the rural area? Could it be the rural area or a small town for people living in the city? Or (the wild card) - someplace other than the U.S., maybe? What is your preference?
